Internship and Work-Study Placement Coordinator — Paris Hybrid

Coordinate internship and work-study placements for students at KEDGE Business School, supporting academic progress, evaluations, and communication with partner companies.

Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of students completing internships or work-study placements, explaining monitoring processes, deadlines, and expectations
  • Arrange and lead progress reviews with students and, when relevant, host companies
  • Evaluate assignment progress, activity relevance, and student development
  • Handle student and company questions, directing them to the appropriate contacts when needed
  • Identify placement-related issues and perform an initial assessment
  • Review, proofread, and grade final submissions using the School’s established assessment criteria
  • Maintain tracking tools and record interactions
  • Monitor adherence to academic and administrative deadlines
  • Prepare an annual academic-monitoring report for the Head of the Professional Experience Department
  • Support students on campus and by telephone
  • Represent the program at open days and handle initial questions about internships and work-study placements
  • Assist with work-study recruitment campaigns, including outbound calls, offer coordination, candidate matching, and final assessment panels

Requirements

  • Two- to three-year higher-education qualification, preferably in management, human resources, education and training, or student support
  • Prior experience in higher education, training, or student support is preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in French and English
  • Comfort working with young people
  • Excellent organization and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, work remotely, and coordinate with multiple departments
  • Reliable adherence to procedures and confidentiality requirements
  • Proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft Office 365
