Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid)
Support Arrow Electronics customer accounts with quotes, shipments, inventory, and sales service. This full-time hybrid role is based in Huntsville, Lake Mary, or Alpharetta.
Description
- Deliver responsive customer service and sales support for key customer locations
- Prepare spot-buy quotes to address urgent customer demand
- Oversee assigned accounts through consistent, proactive sales and account-support activities
- Monitor shipments, maintain orders, manage backlog, expedite inbound deliveries, and resolve fulfillment issues
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment activities
Requirements
- Preferred qualification is a bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of industry experience, or an associate degree with equivalent relevant experience
- Strong time-management abilities and flexibility to handle multiple priorities
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel; pivot tables and VLOOKUP are preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues worldwide
- Candidates must be eligible to work as US citizens because of federal government contractual requirements
