- Create digital-first creative for promotions, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing initiatives
- Produce assets for email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM
- Support omnichannel campaigns that preserve brand consistency while encouraging customer engagement and revenue
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to turn business goals into effective design solutions
- Handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-focused setting
- Verify that creative follows brand standards, production requirements, and quality expectations
- Help improve creative workflows, operational efficiency, and design systems
Requirements
- At least five years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in digital marketing for retail
- Track record of creating high-volume promotional and campaign assets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of digital marketing practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and ecommerce
- Highly organized project manager who can balance competing priorities and deadlines
- Clear communicator and presenter who works effectively across departments
- Consistently delivers high-quality work at scale
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma
- Experience applying established brand systems across campaigns and audience segments
