Lead global Quality Management strategy, systems, and partnerships across Galderma’s dermatology operations. Drive compliance, transformation, and collaboration with international teams and external partners.
Description
- Lead Quality Management programs and processes across global operations
- Align quality systems, processes, and operating procedures while identifying and closing gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
- Maintain quality policies and frameworks to support compliance and operational effectiveness
- Help shape and advance global Quality programs and initiatives
- Lead or support process improvement and transformation projects
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide technical Quality guidance to teams and senior leaders
- Promote the adoption of best practices and improved ways of working
Requirements
- Bring 8–12 or more years of Quality Management experience in a global, regulated environment
- Demonstrate recognized subject matter expertise and the ability to work independently
- Have substantial experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Influence stakeholders without formal authority and establish trusted partnerships
- Apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Communicate effectively, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Hold a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
