German Talent Administrator Coordinator (Remote)

Coordinate German-language recruitment scheduling, applicant screening, and ATS updates for Cielo Talent, a global talent acquisition partner. This full-time remote role is available to candidates working from Hungary or Poland.

Description

  • Support talent acquisition administration before and after hiring
  • Assist with recruitment and interviews by scheduling meetings and maintaining candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems
  • Review applications and screen candidates against role requirements
  • Create interview schedules so qualified candidates can be assessed
  • Track recruitment progress and raise concerns when needed
  • Review applicants promptly
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in a business or office setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in German
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, customer-service, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work remotely from Hungary or Poland while residing in the relevant country
