Full Stack Software Developer

Description
- Develop Java, Maven, and Node.js services and web applications for product demonstrations.
- Maintain the client’s web platform and build new components.
- Reduce technical debt, update dependencies, fix bugs, and support active project epics.
- Use Buildkite and CI/CD practices to keep builds and delivery reliable.
- Work directly with the client’s engineering team.
- Share progress and flag blockers.
- Take ownership of assigned work with independence.
- Contribute to infrastructure, web applications, and AI workflow improvements as project needs evolve.
Requirements
- At least six years of professional software development experience.
- At least two years of experience developing software with Java, Maven, and Node.js.
- Full stack development experience spanning frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong critical thinking when assessing and applying AI technologies.
- Demonstrated use of generative AI to improve software delivery while preserving engineering quality.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Buildkite.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage work with substantial independence.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
