Accounting Associate
Manage a varied client portfolio at EXCO, a French audit, accounting and consulting network. Prepare tax filings and annual accounts, and advise business owners.
Description
- Oversee a varied portfolio of clients
- Prepare VAT returns
- Compile annual financial statements
- Prepare tax packages and supplementary tax returns
- Present financial results alongside the Branch Director
- Offer basic tax guidance
- Contribute to advisory work for business owners
- Use digital tools to monitor client accounts and organize administrative work
- Assist business owners under an Engagement Manager’s supervision
- Work with chartered accountants and clients
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5), such as a DCG, CCA or DSCG
- Have at least three years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in an accounting firm is preferred
- Work with relative autonomy and handle tasks independently
- Be proactive and energetic
- Have a strong interest in client relationships
- Be curious, organized and methodical
