Full-Stack Development Specialist – Java, .NET, Python, Node.js/TypeScript (Remote)

Lead Stefanini’s Development Center of Excellence, guiding engineering, talent, and multi-stack teams. Establish technical standards and support client solutions across Latin America.

Description

  • Manage and develop professionals in the development discipline
  • Provide technical mentoring, career development, ongoing training, and retention support
  • Define and maintain software engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and guidelines
  • Lead and organize the Development Center of Excellence to maintain current skills and delivery capabilities
  • Create and track the discipline’s technical roadmap
  • Assess and encourage the adoption of new technologies, tools, and certifications
  • Support the adoption and ongoing development of SAI App 3.0
  • Contribute to team allocation, capacity planning, and team composition strategies
  • Collaborate with Client Faces and other stakeholders
  • Act as a technical and people-focused reference within the Center of Excellence
  • Help shape teams and develop solutions aligned with client needs
  • Serve as the primary technical and people reference for the Development discipline

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in back-end and/or front-end development
  • Proficiency in at least one primary technology stack—Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript—and the ability to work across multiple stacks
  • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and integrations
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and contemporary software engineering practices
  • Proficiency in Clean Code, automated testing, and code review
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Ability to establish standards and lead technical governance processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with leaders and Client Faces
  • Experience pricing work and preparing technical proposals
  • Experience estimating projects based on effort, seniority, competencies, and team composition
  • Knowledge of and practical experience applying AI to software development
  • Experience using code copilots
  • Experience with AI-assisted code generation
  • Experience with assisted refactoring
  • Experience with prompt engineering
  • Advanced English or Spanish proficiency
  • Preferred: experience with mobile development
  • Preferred: experience modernizing legacy systems
  • Preferred: experience in large-scale environments and technology transformation
