Description

  • Build and maintain enterprise web applications with React
  • Create reusable React components and responsive, accessible user interfaces
  • Develop dashboards, forms, data tables, workflow screens, search tools, and saved views
  • Connect React applications to REST APIs and backend services using effective state and data-fetching patterns
  • Deliver role-aware experiences with enterprise authentication and authorization, including SSO and MFA
  • Build interfaces for AI-generated or AI-assisted content with human review and approval workflows
  • Add reporting, data visualization, and self-service export capabilities
  • Work with SQL/MariaDB relational data and write or interpret SQL queries
  • Turn requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes into production-ready interfaces
  • Write unit, component, and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards
  • Diagnose front-end, browser, API integration, and performance problems
  • Support integration, user acceptance, regression testing, and production releases
  • Use Linux, VS Code, Git, package managers, build tools, debugging tools, and shell utilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of professional front-end or web application development experience, including three or more years developing with React
  • Advanced proficiency with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Knowledge of functional components, hooks, reusable component architecture, routing, state management, and current React patterns
  • Experience building enterprise-scale, data-intensive applications and dashboards integrated with REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including MariaDB/MySQL tables, relationships, queries, views, and data structures
  • Experience with Git, automated front-end testing, responsive design, cross-browser support, and secure front-end practices
  • Experience in Linux development environments, including the command line, environment variables, file systems, permissions, logs, and common utilities
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code or a comparable modern IDE
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, session management, and role-based access control
  • Professional experience on an Agile/Scrum software development team
  • Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust are required
