Description
- Support financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting
- Contribute to the budgeting cycle and prepare preliminary forecasts using historical data and trends
- Perform initial variance analysis, report discrepancies, and recommend potential improvements
- Conduct basic cost analysis to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models and assess results under guidance
- Prepare portions of management reports with initial insights and key metric analysis
- Contribute data collection and basic analysis to strategic planning initiatives
- Track and report financial KPIs and metrics, highlighting trends and emerging concerns
- Lead small ad hoc analysis projects and provide practical insights and recommendations
- Work with business units and management to improve resource allocation and support strategic and operational decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Three to five years of relevant FP&A experience
