Financial Analyst - Poland (Hybrid)

Support payment clearing, reconciliations, reporting, and financial process improvements for RTB House’s US and LATAM operations. This role contributes to finance systems, controls, and analysis within an AI-driven advertising technology company.

Description

  • Support finance operations for the US and LATAM markets.
  • Manage client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with accounts payable by processing payments on schedule and resolving escalated issues.
  • Collaborate with US and LATAM teams, including Profit Center Leads, Salespersons, Account Managers, and Marketing.
  • Produce ad hoc analyses and business performance reviews.
  • Convert raw data into practical financial recommendations.
  • Help design and implement process improvements and financial controls from planning through rollout.
  • Support ongoing financial system integrations.
  • Maintain data accuracy, governance, and control frameworks for client master data.
  • Investigate and resolve complex, non-standard issues.
  • Assist with audit activities.
  • Report to the Finance Director, Americas.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level is required.
  • At least two years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in financial operations, reporting, or analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, logical functions, pivot tables, and data structuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including investigating discrepancies and developing actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ownership of financial processes, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work according to the Americas time zone.
