- Deliver detailed, data-driven analysis across the Finance organization
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting for the O2C organization
- Assist with credit memo reserve and reporting activities
- Reconcile data between systems to verify accurate and complete data flows
- Create ad hoc Power BI dashboards for different businesses and teams
- Access and transform large datasets to analyze Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections, Pricing, and related metrics
- Coordinate with the data platform team to maintain appropriate data availability
- Ensure reporting dashboards present data accurately
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close and reporting cycles
- Report to the Finance Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting, in the Global Revenue Controller’s organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a changing work environment
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools
- Experience using programming languages such as SQL
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong analytical ability with an emphasis on trend analysis
- Ability to organize large volumes of data into structured dashboards that are clear to end users and senior management
- Foundational Power BI knowledge and willingness to learn Alteryx, Snowflake, and other analytical and workflow technologies
- Ability to interpret reporting metrics and explain their business impact to senior management
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance terminology
