Field Service Technician – Leipzig Region, Germany
Commission, service, and repair Viessmann heat pumps for customers and system operators. Advise heating contractors and support service operations across Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick.
Description
- Commission and service heat pumps at customer premises and system operator sites
- Advise heating contractor customers by phone and in person, helping maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assist technical field service colleagues across the broader territory
- Join the on-call rotation to respond to customer needs promptly
- Commission, maintain, and diagnose heat pumps throughout the Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick area
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
- Additional certification as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
- Professional customer-service experience in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
- Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is advantageous
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to travel
