Field Service Engineer – Poland (Remote)
Field Service Engineer responsible for servicing Rotork valve actuators and control systems across Poland. The role covers fault diagnosis, equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, testing, and technical reporting.
Description
- Deliver planned service activities for customers and their sites
- Resolve technical faults
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on Rotork products
- Identify faults, repair, test, and modify actuators at customer sites
- Install actuators mechanically and electrically
- Upgrade components, mounting bases, and drive shafts
- Prepare accurate technical reports for service visits
- Work with the nationwide field service technician team
- Report to the Service Manager
- Travel frequently for business, including overnight stays
Requirements
- Technical experience and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, digital control systems, or comparable equipment
- Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams and use standard testing and calibration tools
- Experience working in a hands-on technical environment
- Ability to work under pressure with demanding customers focused on rapid problem resolution
- A practical, can-do approach
- Valid driving licence
