Description
- Organize your week independently around clear sales objectives
- Demonstrate the software and explain its value to prospective customers
- Generate new business through cold calls, on-site meetings, and walk-in prospecting
- Work with the team to develop sales tactics that improve collective results
- Coordinate with recruiting, team leads, and the Regional Manager during the application process
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in field sales and acquiring new customers
- Strong enthusiasm for sales and confidence engaging with people
- An independent, target-focused, and strategic working style
- A solid understanding of technical concepts
- Practical experience using CRM systems
- A valid driving licence
- Willingness to work in the field
- Near-native German proficiency
- Swiss German language skills
- Good command of English
