Field Operations Analyst - California Remote

Support Farmers Insurance territory leadership with market research, data analysis, and actionable recommendations. Coordinate sales initiatives, projects, meetings, and process improvements that strengthen operational performance.

Description

  • Research markets and analyze sales, agent productivity, customer experience, and market-trend data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Recommend ways to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate product launches, sales programs, communications, technology integration, process improvements, and profitability initiatives.
  • Support territory and market leaders with project management, presentation development, and communications activities.
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc initiatives, including resolving operational issues.
  • Organize territory and market meetings by managing agendas, communications, logistics, speakers, and meeting content.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a comparable role is required.
  • Experience analyzing data is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
  • Ability to recommend improvements that increase sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, sales initiatives, communications strategies, technology integration, process improvements, and profitability efforts.
  • Project management, presentation development, and communications skills.
  • Ability to coordinate territory and market meetings, including agendas, communications, logistics, speakers, and content.
