Field Operations Analyst - California Remote
Support Farmers Insurance territory leadership with market research, data analysis, and actionable recommendations. Coordinate sales initiatives, projects, meetings, and process improvements that strengthen operational performance.

- Research markets and analyze sales, agent productivity, customer experience, and market-trend data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Recommend ways to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate product launches, sales programs, communications, technology integration, process improvements, and profitability initiatives.
- Support territory and market leaders with project management, presentation development, and communications activities.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc initiatives, including resolving operational issues.
- Organize territory and market meetings by managing agendas, communications, logistics, speakers, and meeting content.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a comparable role is required.
- Experience analyzing data is preferred.
- Ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
- Ability to recommend improvements that increase sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Experience coordinating product launches, sales initiatives, communications strategies, technology integration, process improvements, and profitability efforts.
- Project management, presentation development, and communications skills.
- Ability to coordinate territory and market meetings, including agendas, communications, logistics, speakers, and content.
