- Guide customers and internal teams toward effective technical solutions
- Partner with the Project Manager to support successful project delivery
- Help organizations reduce complexity and advance digitally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Gather information and assess business and technical requirements
- Turn client challenges into defined objectives and practical solutions
- Deliver technical and operational support
- Lead large-scale ERP implementations spanning integrations, ISV products, and complex technology environments
- Create scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solution architectures
- Assess, design, and integrate AI capabilities into ERP and enterprise business solutions
- Contribute to pre-sales work, solution workshops, estimates, architecture reviews, and proposal development
- Work with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders
- Provide technical direction while mentoring and coaching architects, developers, and consultants
- Establish technical standards, architecture governance, and delivery best practices
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations
- Advanced expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise ERP implementations with multiple integrations, ISV products, and complex technology environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles
- Experience architecting scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies
- Ability to assess, design, and integrate AI capabilities into ERP and enterprise business solutions
- Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution workshops, effort estimates, architecture reviews, and proposal development
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities
- Skill in explaining complex technical concepts through business-focused outcomes
- Experience partnering with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically and mentor architects, developers, and consultants
- Ability to establish technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions
