Autoliv’s Domain Architecture Specialist will shape enterprise architecture for automotive safety systems. The role covers domain blueprints, capability models, roadmaps, standards, governance, and architecture assessments.

Description

  • Translate business and strategic needs into domain architecture blueprints aligned with enterprise standards and patterns
  • Lead analysis and design for the assigned domain to support integrated enterprise solutions
  • Maintain and periodically review domain business capabilities in a central repository
  • Evaluate current domain architecture maturity, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Advance domain architecture through reference architectures and technology roadmaps
  • Define and implement domain principles, standards, and governance models consistent with Enterprise Architecture
  • Contribute actively to the Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice
  • Track emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the assigned domain
  • Provide architecture consulting and oversight to projects and solution teams
  • Produce capability models, current- and target-state architectures, reference architectures, standards, roadmaps, assessments, recommendations, governance artifacts, and scorecards

Requirements

  • Relevant domain experience, such as supply chain, data, infrastructure, or security, with demonstrated architecture responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred but not required
  • Enterprise Architecture or domain-specific certifications preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of domain processes, technologies, platforms, and tools
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methods, and artifacts
  • Experience with capability modeling, architecture analysis, and roadmap creation
  • Knowledge of domain integration, security, compliance, and governance considerations
  • Strategic judgment combined with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders across business and IT
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
