Director of Advanced Manufacturing Construction Programs

Lead advanced manufacturing construction programs for Accenture Construct, overseeing delivery, budgets, stakeholders, and lifecycle performance. Drive project execution and construction outcomes across complex client environments.

Description

  • Assess approach, design, and constructability opportunities throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Coordinate alignment among all project stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery
  • Control scope, schedule, costs, changes, cash flow, risks, and recovery planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with the Client and its representatives
  • Coordinate project staff training with the Client and available development programs
  • Support staff morale, professionalism, and performance while addressing deficiencies
  • Stay current on Company and Owner contracts, correspondence, and project documentation

Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or four additional years of relevant experience
  • At least five years of senior construction or design management experience in advanced manufacturing environments
  • At least 15 years of project management experience
  • Background working on projects in design and construction phases
  • Experience leading and managing people
  • CCM, PMP, CEM, CPMP, or similar advanced certification is advantageous
  • Experience commissioning hyperscale or colocation data centers
  • Willingness to travel to the work location
  • Commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient design practices
