Description
- Review direct billing workflows for accuracy and compliance
- Create and issue client invoices on schedule
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
- Recommend improvements that strengthen billing efficiency and accuracy
- Support the creation and rollout of billing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with teams across the organization on billing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience in billing analysis or finance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with billing systems and financial analysis tools
