Remote full-time role for a Philippines-based virtual assistant supporting a Nevada pediatric dental practice with dental claims, referrals, pre-authorizations, PPO verification, and insurance records.
Description
- Review and address rejected or denied dental claims
- Submit referrals and pre-authorization requests, then track their progress
- Verify PPO dental insurance for upcoming patients
- Confirm patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and the dental care team
- Keep insurance records complete and accurate
- Provide administrative support to a Nevada-based pediatric dental practice
Requirements
- Prior experience with dental insurance or virtual assistance
- Hands-on experience with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations, and PPO verification
- Familiarity with Liberty Dental is preferred
- Experience using Cloud 9 EMR or Curve Dental is advantageous
- Pediatric dental experience is advantageous
- Strong English communication skills and careful attention to detail
- Ability to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
- Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, or an equivalent AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- At least 8 GB of RAM; 16 GB is recommended
- At least 256 GB of SSD storage
- Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12 or later
- Working webcam and noise-canceling headset
- Internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
- Reliable backup internet or hotspot is preferred
- Quiet, professional workspace
Benefits
