Data and Analytics Intern - Chicago, Hybrid

Description

  • Develop practical skills through meaningful projects in a collaborative internship program
  • Collaborate with the assigned team on daily responsibilities
  • Attend program events, professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and senior-leader engagements
  • Gain hands-on experience within a global financial-services organization
  • Partner with product designers and UX researchers to enhance digital-platform experiences
  • Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development for enterprise data products
  • Assist with policy creation, metadata administration, and data-quality efforts
  • Contribute to model development, data-science initiatives, and business-insight generation
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery activities
  • Contribute to organizational design, capability modeling, and operating-model transformation

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university
  • Studying business administration, management, change management, risk management, operations management and information systems, computer science, business analytics, information systems, data science, statistics, human-computer interaction, UX design, psychology, public policy, or a related field
  • Expected to graduate between December 2027 and Summer 2028
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Interest in financial markets and the financial-services industry
  • Analytical, data-interpretation, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking abilities demonstrated through coursework or prior internship experience
  • Leadership and teamwork demonstrated through projects or extracurricular activities
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
