Description

  • Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend appropriate data and analytics solutions
  • Build advanced analytics solutions that deepen understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products
  • Translate business questions, challenges, and opportunities into defined advanced analytics work
  • Create efficient, straightforward, and automated processes wherever practical
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with multidisciplinary data and analytics teams
  • Coordinate team and business resources to deliver project and scrum outcomes
  • Provide data and analytics expertise that generates commercial and customer value
  • Explain data and analytics opportunities clearly to business stakeholders
  • Apply emerging tools, technologies, and methods in advanced analytics
  • Provide clear updates connecting advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering activities to business needs
  • Develop useful visualisations and persuasive insights for key stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least four years of working knowledge and capability in cloud environments
  • Strong technical capability is essential
  • Knowledge of data architecture
  • Familiarity with key tools and relevant programming languages
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear visualisations and persuasive insights using suitable systems and tools
  • Good knowledge of financial services
  • Ability to assess broader business impact, risks, and opportunities
  • AI knowledge or capability is desirable
  • Innovative approach with the drive to own work and deliver impact for customers and colleagues
  • Associate-level position
