- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, short-form videos, advertisements, and branded content
- Design and animate motion graphics that align with social media platform conventions

- Support creative teams with pitch development
- Maintain the artistic consistency and quality of each project
Requirements
- Bring 2–3 years of agency experience in motion design, audiovisual production, video editing, visual communications, or digital content
- Have an excellent grasp of social media formats, conventions, and trends
- Demonstrate strong artistic judgment, broad general knowledge, and a solid understanding of advertising
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud confidently, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous
- Be proficient in CapCut
- Show a strong sense of rhythm, visual storytelling, and energetic editing
- Bring a creative, collaborative approach and careful attention to detail
- Stay curious about emerging technologies, AI, and new content formats
- Provide a portfolio or showreel
