- Oversee video projects from assignment through final delivery
- Monitor project timelines, revisions, and deliverables
- Review completed videos for pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
- Give video editors specific, actionable revision guidance
- Lead introductory calls with prospective clients
- Keep team workflows and communications organized
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Proven project and time-management abilities
- Background in sales, account management, or both
- Professional, confident approach to prospective client calls
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfort working effectively in a fast-paced remote setting
- Preferred experience in creative operations, video editing or quality assurance, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
