Contract Manager – Avignon Hybrid
Manage contracts, risks, claims, and disputes for complex industrial construction and infrastructure projects at YEVO in a hybrid Avignon-based role.
Description
- Manage contracts from project initiation through closeout
- Identify contractual risks, develop mitigation plans, and help project teams secure their commitments
- Lead contract amendments, changes, claims, and potential disputes involving partners and subcontractors
- Advise project managers and technical teams on clause interpretation and related decisions
- Ensure compliance with commitments, deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory obligations
- Coordinate technical, procurement, legal, supplier, and client stakeholders
- Build dashboards, deliver management reports, and contribute to project reviews
- Organize reporting for management
- Participate in project reviews
- Coordinate communication among technical, procurement, legal, supplier, and client teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in law, engineering, or business, specializing in contract management
- At least five years of contract management experience on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, amendments, and claims procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills when working with technical and legal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and independence
- English proficiency sufficient for verbal communication with international teams
