Content Operations Manager - Hybrid in Ukraine

Develop AI-powered character, content, and recommendation tools while improving AI-native storytelling products for global audiences at HOLYWATER.

Description

  • Build and improve the character-creation tool, including rules, guidelines, prompt frameworks, and AI tools.
  • Develop the content tool and pipeline, covering tags, storefront filters, covers, localization, and content-upload rules.
  • Define functional requirements, assign development tasks, and drive them through release.
  • Create custom skills, AI tools, and pipelines to automate routine processes.
  • Analyze content, audience preferences, and the factors behind content performance.
  • Iterate on characters and tools using data.
  • Develop the storefront and recommendation system.
  • Decide which content users see first, what to promote, and what to deprioritize.
  • Research market trends and competitors’ content.
  • Maintain product quality and relevance within the niche.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in operations, project management, content management, or a related role involving process or automation development.
  • Prompt engineering experience.
  • Experience creating custom skills.
  • Experience automating workflows.
  • Understanding of how different AI models work.
  • Experience managing requirements, including breaking down complex tasks, assigning development work, and accepting deliverables.
  • Knowledge of basic product metrics.
  • Experience using analytics tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Product mindset and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with hypotheses.
  • Experience with AI chats, AI companions, or UGC platforms is a plus.
