Compensation and Benefits Consultant – Fuerteventura Hybrid
Advise clients on employee benefits, develop tailored programs, and expand ValueNet Group’s benefits portfolio. This full-time hybrid role is based in Fuerteventura or remote from the Canary Islands.
Description
- Act as the primary connection between clients and internal teams
- Strengthen long-term client partnerships through consistent communication
- Assess the needs of clients and their employees
- Promote client satisfaction and continued retention
- Share updates on new benefits, developments, and opportunities to optimize programs
- Expand and improve the benefits portfolio
- Introduce innovative bonus structures
- Create customized benefits programs

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Empathy, self-assurance, and the ability to assert yourself
- Proven ability to establish and sustain long-term client relationships
- Clear, convincing, and effective presentation skills
- Strong advisory and consulting capabilities
- Independent, structured, and solution-focused working style
- Excellent organizational ability
- Solid commercial knowledge
- Fluent German and English for professional negotiations
- Sound project management expertise
- Interest in technical subjects
