Wider Circle
Wider Circle
Wider Circle is a healthcare organization that builds neighborhood-based communities to help people live healthier, more connected lives. Working with health plans and physician groups, including Medicare Advantage plans and Managed Care Organizations, the company delivers educational and social programs both in person and virtually. These groups bring together members with shared interests or life experiences and help them navigate practical barriers to care, from scheduling medical appointments to finding food resources. Wider Circle’s approach combines community support with coordinated health services to strengthen access to care and well-being.
