Commercial Data Consultant, MDM and Data Platforms

Description
- Serve as an MDM or data platform implementation expert for life sciences clients.
- Address customer engagement data issues, including HCP/HCO quality and CRM master and reference data.
- Combine third-party reference data, such as IQVIA and Veeva, with client data.
- Partner with architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to turn requirements into working data solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in MDM implementations, such as Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM, or data platform implementations, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Informatica IDMC.
- Strong understanding of data management and common challenges in the customer engagement (CE) domain.
- General understanding of CE processes across CRM, marketing automation, consent management, and event and engagement management.
- Familiarity with the data models of at least one major provider: IQVIA OneKey, IQVIA sales and prescription data, or Veeva OpenData.
- Clear spoken and written communication.
- Excellent English.
- Deep knowledge of one or more CE processes is an advantage.
- Certification in an MDM solution or data platform is an advantage.
- GAMP 5 training or hands-on experience is an advantage.
