Description
- Analyze claims against policy terms and conditions
- Help compile and complete indemnification files
- Collect and verify supporting documentation
- Assist with payment-default investigations
- Collaborate with collections, underwriting, and claims management teams
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems
- Monitor files and help ensure processing deadlines are met
- Assist with preparing basic reports
- Support administrative and accounting activities related to claims files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting
- Eligibility for the ANAPEC program
- Strong written and spoken French communication skills
- Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
