Cloud Security Manager, Hybrid India

Lead cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, covering security controls, cloud posture management, incident response, identity protection, and DevSecOps practices for a technology solutions organization.

Description

  • Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Establish and maintain cloud security architecture standards, reference designs, baselines, and guardrails aligned with CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and Cloud Security Alliance frameworks
  • Operate and advance CSPM, CWPP, and CNAPP capabilities by detecting, prioritizing, and remediating cloud misconfigurations and vulnerabilities
  • Work with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to integrate security into Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes environments
  • Develop automation, policy-as-code, and shift-left security practices
  • Direct investigations and responses to cloud security incidents alongside SOC, incident response, and platform teams
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurrence
  • Oversee cloud identity and access security, including IAM hardening, privileged access controls, federation, secrets management, and ongoing entitlement reviews
  • Maintain cloud control evidence to support audits, regulatory obligations, and compliance programs
  • Track emerging cloud threats, attacker methods, and platform changes affecting AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS services
  • Collaborate with global security operations, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least five years of cybersecurity experience
  • Four or more years specializing in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud security programs or technical teams
  • Solid knowledge of cloud security architecture, IAM, network security, encryption, data protection, and workload security in public cloud environments
  • Practical experience with CSPM, CWPP, or CNAPP platforms
  • Experience securing Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Experience with container or Kubernetes security
  • Ability to convert cloud risks into technical recommendations, remediation plans, and architectural decisions
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Senior security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer or Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or equivalent credentials are preferred
  • Experience directing cloud security programs in regulated environments is preferred
  • Experience in gaming or interactive entertainment is preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud security platforms, SIEM and SOAR integrations, cloud-native logging, and large-scale threat detection is preferred
  • Experience with Zero Trust architectures, secure landing zones, cloud detection engineering, and enterprise DevSecOps programs is preferred
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK for cloud and cloud-specific threat actor techniques, plus familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other regulations relevant to cloud workloads in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, is preferred
