Business Intelligence Analyst at CAA-Québec

Description

  • Lead business intelligence initiatives by designing and improving reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
  • Convert business data into clear insights that inform organizational decisions
  • Present analytical results to stakeholders while maintaining data quality, consistency, and accurate interpretation
  • Advise business units on understanding and applying operational data
  • Work with colleagues to enrich, organize, and improve the reliability of data used to meet business needs
  • Help advance business intelligence practices and support innovation initiatives
  • Take part in Scrum activities and contribute to sector innovation projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable field
  • At least five years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related discipline
  • Substantial experience creating and delivering data visualization and reporting solutions
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Solid understanding of data environments, integration principles, and data quality
  • Knowledge of Python, automation tools, or cloud analytics platforms is an asset
  • Ability to communicate concepts and analytical conclusions clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Collaborative, consultative, and results-focused working style
  • High level of accountability and professional ethics
  • Excellent French communication skills and functional proficiency in English
