Brand Ambassador – New York City (Hybrid)

Promote Jetty Extracts cannabis products through dispensary events, staff training, merchandising, and brand activations. Manage retail relationships across New York City, the Bronx, and Westchester.

Description

  • Deliver retail events, product training, and visual and digital marketing support alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Represent Jetty Extracts professionally at retail events, external activations, and through social media.
  • Present the brand story, product advantages, and core messaging to dispensary staff, partners, and consumers.
  • Support retail accounts with training, merchandising, events, and promotional activities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess account needs, inventory shortfalls, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with retail and dispensary partners.
  • Use CRM tools to document and report weekly displays, trainings, events, and other field activity.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Sales experience involving active listening, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • At least two years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in the cannabis industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel locally throughout New York City, the Bronx, and Westchester.
  • Availability for full-time work Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
