Help Pearland customers choose wireless and internet services through in-store consultations and sales support. Process online orders, connect with current and prospective customers by phone, and achieve sales targets.

Description

  • Advise customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach
  • Explain available products and services to help customers make informed choices
  • Represent the company at community events
  • Process and fulfill online customer orders
  • Contact existing and prospective customers through outbound calls
  • Work assigned shifts during store operating hours
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives

Requirements

  • Retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred
  • Available for shifts scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
