Bilingual Deployment Consultant - Canada Remote

Deploy BD medication management solutions through customer support, clinical and technical integration, and user training. This Canada-based remote role requires bilingual French and English communication and up to 80% travel within Canada.

Description

  • Assess customer sites and workflows.
  • Guide the design and deployment of BD medication management solutions.
  • Support teams with product, clinical, and technical expertise.
  • Manage customer stakeholders, build consensus, and maintain clear communications.
  • Coordinate conference calls and customer meetings with project managers and BD and customer teams.
  • Develop trusted customer relationships.
  • Resolve issues, troubleshoot systems, and advise on best practices.
  • Install and validate BD technologies, including software and hardware, and train end users.
  • Maintain project, expense, compliance, and reporting documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, science, health sciences, or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a medical device or healthcare environment involving clinical and technical responsibilities.
  • Practical experience with Pyxis MedStation ES automated medication dispensing systems.
  • Canadian licensed pharmacist (RPh), Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent French and English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and learning abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong organization and time management, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications—Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote—and CRM tools.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record without major violations for at least three years.
  • Ability to travel to the United States for training within the first six months and periodically afterward.
