Description
- Strategically transform data into relevant business information
- Support decision-making through data analysis, structuring, and governance
- Bridge business and technology teams
- Help define and execute software quality testing strategies
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases and scenarios
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies with development teams
- Review project requirements and documentation early to embed quality through Shift Left Testing
- Prepare and review test plans, test cases, and results reports
- Evaluate test results and recommend improvements to system quality
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams
- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals on software quality practices
- Help continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, performance optimization, stored procedures, and large-scale data handling
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration across databases, APIs, files, and cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language for data manipulation, processing, and automation
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators
- Ability to convert business needs into analytical solutions, including familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and operational processes
- Analytical and consultative approach with experience engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, leading meetings, and presenting findings
- Experience with machine learning, applied statistics, or predictive modeling
- Technical English proficiency for reading and interpreting documentation
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), information security, and sensitive-data protection
- Experience using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
