Description

  • Support engineering work under the guidance of an experienced engineer
  • Participate actively in an agile team using Scrum and Kanban practices
  • Partner with fellow engineers to develop and improve technical solutions
  • Investigate technical problems and help implement effective solutions
  • Work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with the wider team
  • Support the mentoring of interns and transition-year students
  • Participate in and contribute to the open-source community
  • Use AI-assisted development tools, including Codex, Cursor, and Claude Code, for code generation, completion, and development guidance

Requirements

  • A recent bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
  • A growth-oriented approach and eagerness to learn and take on challenges
  • The ability to exchange feedback constructively
  • Strong interest in solving problems and debugging technical issues
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills
  • Practical familiarity with Git commands and workflows
  • Experience or working knowledge of Python, Golang, or Rust for scripting and programming
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of configuration management, automation tools, and container technologies
  • An active online presence, such as GitHub, and interest in community-driven development is advantageous
