Associate Repair Engineer - 's-Hertogenbosch (Onsite)

Support server repair operations in Supermicro’s onsite team in ’s-Hertogenbosch, covering troubleshooting, soldering, testing procedures, and technician training. Help maintain repair quality and ensure products are returned to customers on schedule.

Description

  • Coordinate team members’ server repairs to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Help resolve technical problems encountered during repair work
  • Train new technicians in established server repair methods
  • Assist the testing team when additional support is required
  • Create clear, practical testing SOPs for technicians
  • Document resolved issues and distribute the required information to the team
  • Review testing SOPs for each newly launched server model
  • Share repair knowledge and experiences to strengthen team capabilities
  • Help ensure repaired products are returned to customers on time
  • Track team members’ repair progress and work quality

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience repairing and troubleshooting computer or server hardware
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn new products and perform testing activities
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to follow technical procedures accurately
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Hands-on repair experience and soldering proficiency
