Description

  • Manage family law matters from client intake through final decree
  • Handle contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders
  • Represent clients in Harris County and nearby courts
  • Conduct depositions and mediations, and serve as first chair at trials
  • Apply knowledge of the Texas Family Code
  • Guide clients through difficult legal matters with compassionate, results-focused representation
  • Work with marketing and administrative support teams
  • Report to Kimberly Washington

Requirements

  • Hold an active Texas bar license with at least two years of membership
  • Have at least two years of dedicated Texas family law litigation experience
  • Demonstrate confidence in the courtroom
  • Manage a demanding, high-impact caseload under pressure
  • Be a highly organized advocate with experience in family law hearings and estate or guardianship proceedings
  • Have experience conducting initial consultations, drafting pleadings, and handling discovery
  • Be proficient with Clio, TxDoc, Google Workspace, and modern e-filing systems
