Description

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information through robust control procedures
  • Consolidate data and deliver timely, accurate financial reports
  • Develop and maintain financial models
  • Evaluate internal financial data, including profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, pricing, expenses, revenue, and returns
  • Assess external economic conditions and their effects on business operations
  • Apply specialist and functional expertise to deliver results
  • Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues, with potential responsibility for junior professionals, processes, or programs
  • Shape the organization’s long-term tactical decisions
  • Resolve resource and operational challenges through departmental plans and priorities

Requirements

  • Bring deep knowledge and practical experience in a relevant functional area
  • Apply subject-matter expertise to resolve routine business issues
  • Work independently with limited supervision
  • Recognize when to seek guidance on complex or non-routine matters
  • Understand the broader business and the dependencies between functions
  • Adjust departmental plans and priorities to manage resource and operational challenges
  • Have experience with financial control procedures
  • Demonstrate financial reporting and consolidation experience
  • Demonstrate financial modelling experience
  • Analyze profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, pricing, expenses, revenue, and returns
