- Support accounting processes for companies under different tax regimes and track their progress
- Conduct accounting analyses and reconciliations to help validate account balances
- Assist with accounting close activities, including trial balances and financial statements
- Process accounting data and ensure accurate entry into internal systems
- Collect tax and accounting information and flag missing items or inconsistencies
- Respond to client questions and provide accounting-related clarification
- Document follow-up meetings and financial statement closing meetings
- Attend meetings and closing activities with the direct supervisor
- Track deadlines, requests, and departmental KPIs while maintaining current records
- Suggest process improvements and help strengthen accounting procedures
- Follow internal policies and applicable legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC)
- Professional experience in accounting
- Organized and analytical approach with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Consistent reliability in meeting deadlines
- Collaborative working style and ability to build positive client relationships
