Accounting Assistant - Onsite in Pedro Leopoldo

Provide accounting support through reconciliations, closing activities, and financial statement preparation for companies under different tax regimes. This is an onsite position with Investir Recursos Humanos in Pedro Leopoldo.

Tavsif

  • Support accounting processes for companies under different tax regimes and track their progress
  • Conduct accounting analyses and reconciliations to help validate account balances
  • Assist with accounting close activities, including trial balances and financial statements
  • Process accounting data and ensure accurate entry into internal systems
  • Collect tax and accounting information and flag missing items or inconsistencies
  • Respond to client questions and provide accounting-related clarification
  • Document follow-up meetings and financial statement closing meetings
  • Attend meetings and closing activities with the direct supervisor
  • Track deadlines, requests, and departmental KPIs while maintaining current records
  • Suggest process improvements and help strengthen accounting procedures
  • Follow internal policies and applicable legislation

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC)
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Organized and analytical approach with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical ability
  • Consistent reliability in meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative working style and ability to build positive client relationships
