Description

  • Present Snowflake’s platform and vision to technical stakeholders and business leaders
  • Connect proposed technical approaches to customer business objectives
  • Lead customer technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Customize solutions to customer requirements and clearly explain their business impact
  • Build trust and collaboration with customers and technical champions
  • Promote Snowflake capabilities while supporting lasting customer success
  • Create customized demonstrations and practical hands-on labs
  • Monitor industry developments, competing solutions, and emerging technologies
  • Work with Account Executives, Marketing, and Snowflake’s partner network
  • Help customers achieve measurable value from Snowflake
  • Take part in mentorship and practical learning through the Enterprise Growth team

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical position, ideally within SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology
  • A problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for developing technical and commercial expertise
  • Basic SQL or Python knowledge, or a strong commitment to learning
  • Clear and effective written and spoken communication
  • A genuine interest in understanding customer challenges and delivering useful solutions
  • A cooperative working style with colleagues, partners, and customers
  • Residence on the West Coast
  • Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery, CI/CD, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration, and Git
  • Preferred knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and their associated services
  • Preferred familiarity with data science, machine learning processes, or data governance tools
