- Create market-sizing and growth models informed by category benchmarks, retail sales share, organic search volume, and category elasticity.
- Build machine-learning models that segment brands, sellers, and agencies by operational maturity, bidding behavior, and growth potential.
- Hire, develop, and lead a data science team.
- Support Walmart Connect’s commercial operations and business strategy through statistical modeling.
- Work across functions to turn complex data into actionable insights for business development and automation.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field plus four years of relevant experience, or seven years of relevant experience.
- Extensive data science experience.
