Vice President, Invoice-to-Cash (Remote, United States)
Lead Verisma’s invoice-to-cash function across accounts receivable, cash applications, and requestor management. Drive DSO improvement, collections performance, payment automation, and finance operations.

- Direct the Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Requestor Management teams of approximately 50 employees
- Own enterprise-wide accounts receivable results, including DSO reduction and past-due aging
- Review aging weekly, analyze major delinquencies, and manage high-risk customer situations
- Establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collections operating rhythms
- Set and oversee KPIs such as DSO, aging mix, Collection Effectiveness Index, dispute cycle time, and billing accuracy
- Strengthen collections, billing accuracy, cash application, and dispute processes
- Advance requestor management and data integrity practices, including sales tax-exempt requestor administration
- Work with R&D to develop accounts receivable and collections modules for the platform
- Oversee cash application for ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, credit cards, checks, and electronic payment platforms
- Ensure customer and requestor payments are posted accurately and on schedule
- Implement and maintain internal controls for cash receipt processing
- Lead the deployment and optimization of AI-enabled cash application tools and robotic process automation
- Partner with the Controller, SVP of Finance, and VP of FP&A
- Support additional duties needed for effective department and company operations

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required
- At least 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience in order-to-cash or invoice-to-cash management, accounts receivable, collections, or finance
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading and developing large, cross-functional teams with a data-driven approach
- Experience in Release of Information, revenue cycle, record retrieval, or healthcare is preferred
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools including Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Willingness to travel 5% to 10% of the time
