- Support chiller product sales through Johnson Controls HVAC system branches and export-market sales and marketing teams.

- Work closely with field sales on chiller-solution applications and equipment installation within HVAC systems.
- Recommend system applications, practical solutions, and competitor-informed approaches.
- Create field-sales tools and documentation while automating responses to recurring inquiries.
- Use internal engineering systems and documentation to address detailed product questions.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry developments to identify innovative chiller-system options.
- Design and tailor chiller systems for data-center applications.
- Help sales teams resolve equipment, project, and code-related challenges.
- Coordinate with sales, design engineering, and product management to deliver customer responses.
- Request supplier quotations and communicate pricing and lead times for specialized products.
- Keep current on Johnson Controls and competitor products, market conditions, regulations, and technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of experience, preferably in HVAC or a related chiller-technology field.
- Understanding of refrigeration-system principles and associated equipment.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for factory, customer-site, and field visits related to training.
