Special Projects Analyst – RTX (Texas Remote)

- Coordinate internal and external requests through timely completion and resolution.
- Build, maintain, and enhance tools for status tracking and monitoring.
- Arrange meetings and calls that support team operations and resolve requests.
- Review submissions for completeness, data accuracy, and tie-outs, then raise follow-up questions as needed.
- Prepare status summaries that surface significant issues, risks, and delays.
- Help improve processes, systems, templates, and tools related to financial reporting and internal controls.
- Support quarterly certifications from preparation and launch through tracking, submission management, and reporting.
- Collect, monitor, upload, and document identified policy deviations.
- Assist with compliance reviews, administrative work, report assessments, and control evaluations for international and small sites.
- Provide additional support to the Financial Reporting, Controls, and Consultations teams as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong problem-solving ability and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, and SAP is preferred.
