  • Build and run organic social strategies across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, and other channels.
  • Oversee social accounts, publishing calendars, and content.
  • Tailor copy to each platform and its audience.
  • Work with Design, Video, and Communications to produce engaging content made for social.
  • Coordinate with product marketing on campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
  • Participate in online communities and handle proactive and reactive conversations with the social care team.
  • Track results and report regularly on engagement, reach, and brand impact.
  • Work with partner marketing to extend the reach of partner content.
  • Follow platform changes, emerging trends, and cultural moments to shape strategy and creative direction.
  • Plan, film, and edit social videos with colleagues and the social agency.
  • Report to the Group Social Media Manager and collaborate across Marketing, Brand, Communications, Design, and Content.

  • Bring 5–7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally at a technology, productivity, or B2B company.
  • Develop results-focused strategies across multiple social channels, especially X and Reddit.
  • Apply social media best practices and create content tailored to each platform.
  • Write clearly and creatively, with strong control of tone.
  • Offer a strong visual sensibility and give actionable feedback to creative partners.
  • Stay organized, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bring strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Spot gaps early and propose ways to improve impact and execution.
